Reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. All riders are required to wear a DOT approved helmet. These are available to rent for $5. Must be 21 to rent.

TRAX PowerSports of Provo’s hours are as follows:
  • Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM
  • Saturday 3PM-5PM
The machine can be picked up between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM the night before the rental day. The machine is due back at 4:30 on the last day of rental. The Provo shop is closed Sundays. Therefore, Sunday rentals are due back 9 AM on Monday morning. Monday rental time is from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. A mandatory $10 damage agreement charge will be applied per day, per machine at reservation limiting customers to a $5000 deductible in the event of an accident. This agreement covers the machine only, is not insurance, and does not cover bodily injury or death. Customers have the option to upgrade their deductible at the time of check-out. Renters assume all risk of loss and liability. We always recommend that you check the avalanche danger for the area where you will be snowmobiling. Check avalanche danger levels at www.avalanche.org. Where to Ride

Bear Lake – Utah/Idaho

Take in the beautiful landscape of Bear Lake, Utah on your snowmobile rental! With miles and miles of trails and plenty of fresh powder to play in, you and your family will have a blast riding in this Utah winter wonderland. Remember to purchase a registration if you plan to take your snowmobile to the Idaho side of the lake.

Monte Cristo – Utah

While Monte Cristo, Utah is an incredibly popular area to ride ATVs and side-by-sides in the summer, come winter, this area is transformed into a fun filled snowmobile trail complex. Beautiful aspens, lots of powder, and great views will make this destination one you will remember. If you take your snowmobile rental here, you are bound to have a blast all day.

Hardware Ranch – Utah

Located near Monte Cristo, Utah and operated by the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, Hardware Ranch, Utah is a great location to snowmobile, especially if you love spotting wildlife. With large elk herds and a seemingly endless amount of snowmobile trails, you will never run out of things to see. Hardware Ranch has rides ranging in difficulty from beginner all the way to advanced. No matter who you are, your snowmobile rental will be well worth it if you make this your destination.

Wasatch Mountains – Utah

This wide complex of snowmobile trails located in Central Utah provide a great location to bring your snowmobile rental. With over 70 miles of trails, great views of Mount Timpanogos and other Utah sites, you will be creating memories to last a lifetime. Trails are available with varying difficulty around Mount Timpanogos, Deer Creek, and Midway Reservoir.

Whitney Reservoir – Utah

Located east of Coalville and near the Mirror Lake Highway, Whitney Reservoir is a snowmobile playground that won’t disappoint. Surrounded by beautiful pines and aspens, you will be in awe of your magnificent surroundings. Our TRAX® PowerSports at Bear River Lodge location is located within a 25 minute ride to Whitney Reservoir, allowing you to ride your snowmobile rental right off our location in the Wasatch National Forest. You can also access the reservoir from the Chalk Creek trail east of Coalville. Remember, in the winter the Mirror Lake Highway is closed coming from Kamas, Utah, so be sure to come down from Evanston, Wyoming.

Soldier Hollow – Utah

Located near Midway, Utah, Soldier Hollow provides you with spectacular views of Mount Timpanogos, Deer Creek Reservoir, and the whole Heber Valley from your snowmobile or snow bike rental. Miles and miles of powder await with plenty of hills to climb with your snowmobile from three of our TRAX® PowerSports locations!

Strawberry Reservoir – Utah

Located southeast of Heber City, Utah and due east of the Provo/Orem area, Strawberry Reservoir is a prime location to take your snowmobile rental. Beautiful views, Utah’s world renown snow powder are bound to make your snowmobile adventure one to remember!
